Allison Crow Flanigin first joined the Keller Williams family in 2003 at the Southwest Market Center in Austin. Having obtained her Master of Education with a specialization in Educational Psychology, Allison found real estate to be the perfect vehicle for not only helping buyers and sellers with residential and investment real estate, but also an excellent platform for continued personal growth.
In 2007 she joined the Lake Travis Market Center and became the 1st Productivity Coach in Austin. She quickly built a successful program working with agents on both an individual and group basis, coaching them not only in real estate skills, but also in mindset skills and establishing beliefs and habits that help increase productivity. In the 2 years Allison was productivity coach, she helped agents in her coaching program earn over $1.7 million dollars in commissions and contribute over $435,000.00 in company dollar to the Market Center.
Allison’s goal is to help Productivity Coaches learn and master the KW & MAPS coaching principles and skills in order to build highly successful coaching programs across the nation. "MAPS Coaching with Allison is like…..accountability on steroids.I have been doing MAPS coaching since I joined KW; however my coaching was in a group call setting. Group call settings are okay; however you don’t get the one on one coaching and accountability.At the first of the year I joined coaching with Allison each week for a one on one call. Wow, talk about step up to the plate. I honestly know how it feels to my agents that I coach when I have them turn in paperwork etc. In order to really truly be a productivity coach and hold someone accountable you must be held accountable yourself.
